Day 73 – What a Tangled Web We Weave

I’m going to start rage screaming ENTITLEMENT! at people if they keep going on about their freedom being violated for having to wear a mask. No shirt, no shoes, no mask, no service! It’s the company’s right to enforce their own rules. Particularly for the safety of their consumers and employees. Be grateful that they care!

To the woman who called the cops on a black man for asking HER to put her dog on a leash: that is loathsome! He doesn’t know you or your dog. What if your dog bit him because of your negligence?! What if your dog bit a child? Then what? Instead of jumping to conclusions and prejudice, take a moment to reflect on why he asked you to do that. Also, NYC has strict leash laws. I hope you got a ticket for falsely reporting in incident.

I’m also appalled at the inhumane treatment of our public places. Did everyone forget where the trash can is? Right at the corner, you a-hole! Throw your trash in the bin, not on the street, the park lawn or the beach!

I spent 10 minutes today at the beach picking up other people’s trash and walking it LITERALLY 5 feet to the trash bins. I want to set a good example for my kid. I’m sorry that you’re not as enlightened as I.

Who are you people????!!!! Is this the world you want to raise your children in? Is this the kind of behavior you want them to model? Is it really that difficult to be compassionate and have some damn empathy?!

This is a disgrace and I’m glad that I have some peers who will not stand for this kind of ignorance.
